The following are reviews from patients of Dr. Ginsberg
- “Dr. Ginsberg was thorough and conservative in her assessment of my condition. She answered all of my questions patiently, and I appreciated her kindness.”– Iva C.Patient Rating:
- “My knees over the years had gotten progressively worse with osteoporosis arthritis. Dr. Ginsberg did several x-rays to confirm this and patiently explained what the next steps could be. We managed the pain and recently I concluded that I would need a knee replacement. She showed me her model of the knee and explained what was going on. Overall I felt very taken care of and trust her implicitly.”– Donna C.Patient Rating:
- “She is thorough, personable and accommodating. Squeezed me in for a pain relief shot in my knee even though I needed to bring along my 2-year-old granddaughter. Highly recommend this doctor.”– Karen A.Patient Rating:
- “Dr. Ginsberg is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Everything was explained and my experience went very well. ”– Thomas C.Patient Rating:
- “Dr Ginsberg was great! She actually looked at the CD's of my knee from SOS in Syracuse. The last orthopedic doctor I saw didn't even look at them. This doctor just sent me to therapy. Dr. Ginsberg took the time to explain what she saw on them as well as the X-Rays that were taken in her office. Now I just need to find the time to get to do the therapy. Thank you for a good experience with such a great doctor!”– Sally T.
- “The office was very professional. I arrived about ten minutes before my appointment. I was given forms to fill out and after I filled them out, I was escorted to am examining room. Dr. Ginsberg asked me about my history and asked specific questions. I told her that I planned a ski trip for the next week and she would have to perform a miracle for my hip and knees. She then examined me and sent me for x rays. The x-ray technicians were professional and gentle. I was escorted back to the examining room. Dr. Ginsberg came in and we looked at the x-ray together. She explained that I had bursitis in both hips and a little arthritis in my right knee. She was going to treat me with medication and send me to physical therapy. She also gave me some stretching exercises. I had hope. I was going on my trip. I have been taking my meds, had one visit to the physical therapist and I feel better. I am relieved.”– Jacqueline W.
- “Dr. Ginsberg is treating my daughter for a concussion she sustained in a field hockey game. Dr. Ginsberg is very thorough and caring with her. I like (as a mother) that she does not rush the weekly exam and she seems truly concerned about my daughter's condition. She takes the time to explain what she is doing and why. She also listens to our concerns and answers all our questions thoroughly.”– Emily M.
- “For over 4 years now, I've been having intense shoulder pain in my left arm when doing a particular movement (moving my arm up when my left arm is across the body). After visiting numerous doctors, having X-rays, and blood drawn with no results, I came to Tri-County Orthopedics. Dr. Claudia Ginsberg had me do a range of motions, called for another X-ray, and told me her diagnosis: tendinitis. She explained quite thoroughly what was happening to my shoulder and assured me that the pain would go away over time with physical therapy. What was truly great about Dr. Ginsberg is that she took the time to explain everything. Up until that point, doctors had treated me like a number, spending as little time as possible with me in the office, never explaining the diagnosis, and just prescribing pain killers or muscle relaxants. When I'd ask questions, I was treated as if I was being too difficult. Dr. Ginsberg took the time to help me understand what was going on. As a result, instead of feeling exasperated with doctors as I did with my previous doctor visits, I felt as if my shoulder pain was curable. I now know that to be a fact. Two weeks into physical therapy, and my shoulder pain is slowly going away. Thank you, Dr. Ginsberg and Tri-County Orthopedics!”– Sonja
- “Excellent doctor and support staff. Best doctor experience I have ever had and the support staff was great, kind, considerate, professional, attentive, and compassionate are just a few of the words I would use to describe my visits to your offices.”– John K.

- “I was able to easily make an appointment with Dr. Ginsberg. She saw me promptly. She gave me a thorough exam; ordered and read my X-ray; diagnosed and clearly explained the bursitis in my hip; and prescribed physical therapy. I am progressing slowly, but surely. Thank you, Dr. Ginsberg. I recommend her to everyone.”– Marion P.
- “I could not have been any more satisfied with my physician. She took the time to explain what was the cause and the treatment for the knee pain. She made me feel very comfortable and showed how and why I was having the pain. She showed me the x-rays and pointed out different parts of the knee so I could understand. I would recommend her to anyone who I talk with.”– Donna M.
- “This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with any medical office. The staff were polite, helpful, and punctual. My physician was kind. I would recommend them to anyone.”– Justin M.
- “I had a great experience with Dr. Ginsberg. I felt I was a human, not just a number (which is the more normal procedure in very busy doctors' offices). I would definitely recommend my doctor as I had a great experience right in the middle of my own busy day—especially when I had to return to work after my visit.”– Concepta S.
- “I twisted my knee that I had hurt 30 years earlier. I suffered with swelling and pain and saw two doctors for two and a half years without relief. I became a couch potato, put on weight, stopped dancing, and was very unhappy. Dr. Ginsberg fixed me up in one visit with a shot. I can hike now for hours, and I walk every day. Last Saturday I danced for half a night. I am very grateful for my treatment and for the difference she made in my life after other treatments failed. Thank you.”– Mark S.
- “Dr. Ginsberg was very professional and friendly.”– Christine H.
- “I just want this to be a thank you to Dr. Ginsberg for being the most professional and caring physician I've ever met. She takes time to explain my questions in a way I can understand. She offers solid advice and is compassionate and kind each and every time I see her. Her staff reflects her professionalism and expertise. They are always helpful and polite. I am very grateful to have this wonderful doctor when I am in need of orthopedic medical treatment.”– Jeanne H.
- “Dr. Ginsberg was wonderful. My story is nothing special. I herniated a disc cutting up branches and was in a lot of pain. Dr. Ginsberg made a fast diagnosis and prescribed some painkillers. They were minimal, as I do not like medication, but will take it only when absolutely necessary, which in the beginning it was and physical therapy. I actually got her name from the physical therapist, who I used before for a shoulder injury. I was careful with my back and went to physical therapy 3 times a week as prescribed. It took the better part of 3 months, but I am happy to say that my back is pretty good over a year later. I am careful, always was pretty much, but am able to do heavy lifting and exercise with care, with minimal pain afterwards. At 57, I am delighted that I healed so well. I would highly recommend Dr. Ginsberg and the practice in general to family and friends. I was able to get an appointment in a very reasonable amount of time, which was a big plus when you are in pain.”– Christine G.
- “Dr. Ginsburg always addresses my medical issues.”– James S.Patient Rating:
- “I saw Dr. Ginsberg for the first time in regards to an injury I sustained getting onto a new bike, She treated me with compassion and professionalism. I followed her instructions to me and am happy to say that the worst of my pain is over.”– Jeanne Y.Patient Rating:
- “I was initially seen as a walk-in patient by one of the PAs for swollen and painful knees caused by trauma from a fall from a horse the previous week in Wyoming. I was seen quickly, and had an excellent assessment by the provider. An MRI was ordered with follow up by Dr Ginsberg. I was seen several days later with good news that it was an acute bursitis with no tears. I was continued on Mobic to which I responded quickly. I was again very happy with the care I received at TriCounty, having previously seen Dr McBride for a trigger thumb, and Dr Goldberger for a bunionectomy. As a health care provider myself, I really appreciate the well run and organized office where I have rarely waited for my appointment, as well as the excellent providers that make up TriCounty. I have referred many friends and patients to TriCounty, and will continue to do so. ”Patient Rating:
- “Dr. Ginsberg was totally professional and warm. I did not have to wait long. My issues were taken seriously, appropriate measures were taken, a discussion of the future for my issues confirmed a long term plan. i was provided with ample time witht he doctor to satisfy my questions and concerns.”Patient Rating:
