At Tri-County Orthopedics, we understand the difficulties of the insurance navigation process. For this reason, our staff will help guide you through the process and put you at ease.

For your benefit, we strive to work with all insurance plans regardless of direct participation. Many insurance plans offer their participants an “out-of-network” benefit on their policies. Our highly skilled financial counselors are trained to work with these carriers to establish a negotiated rate for services rendered. Tri-County Orthopedics has direct contracts with several insurance carriers. For an up-to-date listing of these carriers, please call our informed help desk at (973) 538-2334.

As with any insurance, you may be responsible for deductible and co-insurance amounts.  Tri-County Orthopedics is committed to establishing a comfortable payment plan that will work for each individual patient.

Please bring a physical copy of your insurance card to your appointment.

As of January 1, 2017, Tri-County Orthopedics accepts Aetna insurance.

Medicaid and NJ Medicaid Managed Care Plan Disclosure

Please be advised that, while Tri-County Orthopedics participates with, and accepts, many established plans, we do NOT accept nor participate in any Medicaid and/or NJ Medicaid Managed Care Plans.  These plans do NOT have any out of network benefits.  If you are unsure as to the plan you are enrolled in, please contact your insurance company to confirm participation and coverage.
