If you call before or after our office hours with an urgent problem, our answering service will relay your message to our on-call doctor. He or she will promptly return your call.

Directions

Coming from North:

• Head south on NJ-181 S toward Main St
• Continue straight onto Blue Heron Rd
• Use the right lane to take the ramp onto NJ-15 S
• Continue on Route 15 (once you see QuickChek on your left, prepare to turn left at the light).
• Turn left onto Bowling Green Pkwy, at the light (You will see Adam’s Bagels and Jefferson Diner on your left, Dunkin Donuts across the street).
• Sharp right turn into the parking lot.  
• The office is on the right side of the building, park on that side for easy access into our suite. 

Coming from South:

• Take 287 N
• Take exit 41 B to merge onto I-80 W toward Del Water Gap
• Continue on 80 W 
• Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 34B to merge onto NJ-15 N toward Jefferson/Sparta
• Follow NJ-15 N 
• Continue onto NJ-15 N (You will pass Taphouse 15 on your left)
• After you pass Liquor Factory (Lake Hopatcong) on your left, you will want to prepare to turn left after the light. 
• Quick left turn toward Bowling Green Pkwy (you will see Jefferson Diner).
