  • “This is the second partial knee surgery I have had with Dr. D'Agostini; both have been successful (I am just finishing physical therapy for the second (right) knee next week). I am very pleased with the results. Dr. D' Agostini has an ability to look you in the eye during a consultation and gently but firmly give you instructions and reprimand you (firmly but gently during a follow-up consultation if you have not followed his instructions . .  a real skill, which I doubt is taught in medical school.”

  • “Doctor Montgomery has performed operations on my shoulder and elbow with great results. His caring manner has always been exceptional and I have recommended him, and Tri-County Ortho, to numerous friends. The entire staff has been courteous, knowledgeable and will to listen to my concerns especially his P.A., Chi.  Thank you All.... – Glenn S. ”

  • “In January 2016, I broke my second metatarsal in my left foot.  It was a displaced fracture.  After an x-ray at an urgent care, I was recommended to see a specialist immediately and randomly chose someone in my area.  This doctor looked at my x-ray (not at my actual foot) and had me scheduled for surgery for the following week to get a plate, screws. etc.  I would have been in a hard cast for 8 weeks, then a boot and then physical therapy.  After taking a day to discuss with family and friends, I decided to get a second opinion and I was recommended to see Dr. Epstein by a good friend, who is also a physical therapist.  Turns out, my father had meniscus surgery done by Dr. Epstein a few months prior and also had a great experience with him.  Dr. Epstein took time to look at my x-ray and also examine my foot.  He took measurements of how many degrees the bone was off and after a thorough explanation, his recommendation was to wear a boot and let it heal on its own.  I was shocked by the huge difference in opinions but I had a very good impression of Dr. Epstein and greatly appreciated his explanation and decided to go the route he suggested.  I went in for x-rays every 4 weeks and he let me know how my progress was going.  After 12 weeks, I was out of the boot and had an orthotic made for my sneaker, which I wore for two weeks.  After 16 weeks, he felt that I was just about 100% healed and I am back to resuming complete normal activity.  I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Epstein and while I don't wish for any more broken bones or other injuries, I told him I would definitely go back to him for myself or any of my family members.”

  • “I was really hoping stem cells would fix my shoulder, but Dr. Epstein made a simple and elegant case for surgery while not being dismissive of my concerns. He was frank and kind and answered all of my questions all of the time. While I certainly did not want surgery, I am now very happy that I had it. I can get my arm around my guitar again, my range of motion is excellent and I have symmetry between my arms, something I thought would never happen again! I hope to God I never need another orthopedic surgery, but I know where to go if I do!”

  • “Dr. Epstein is a fantastic doctor and surgeon. He always spent the time to explain everything about my condition, never left me with any questions, and I never left the office feeling like just another patient or he didn't care. When it came time for my surgery, I never felt worried or anxious because of how much I trusted him. He always prioritized what I needed to do to get better and gave me the best treatment plan. I am months ahead of anticipated recovery to the point people don't believe I had surgery until I show them the scar, which looks amazing and is hardly noticeable. Because of Dr. Epstein, my life is back to normal and I can walk without pain. I can't thank him enough.”

  • “Dr. G. was the third orthopedic surgeon I saw for unrelenting ankle pain and weakness. He gave me the same diagnosis as the other two, but he was willing to let me try less invasive interventions until I was satisfied that surgery was the next best course of action. And that is important, for one to come to the same conclusion that their doctor has, on their own time. So fast forward to the surgery, a major procedure involving 8-10 weeks of non-weight bearing recovery and so far, 6 weeks of PT, with probably 8 more weeks of PT, and there has only been one very minor complication. I developed an ingrown toenail on the affected foot secondary to ongoing post-op dependent swelling, and they took care of that expertly as well. Coincidentally, I have a colleague at work who underwent the exact same procedure with another MD and she has had 3 major complications. Lesson here, the surgeon is very important. Dr. G is not a big talker, but if you ask questions, he will sit and answer. And don't let me forget his PA, Mariann C. Mariann does most of the dressing and cast changes, as well as other minor procedures, and is expert at her job as well. I highly recommend Dr. G. and Mariann.”

  • “Second time around for Dr. Goldberger to fix what I did to myself. I didn't even think of going to an ER, just called and got a same-day appointment. Such great care, I'll never go to another group for orthopedic care.”

  • “Dr. Goldman is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. He performed my surgery for rotator cuff tear. He was very thorough in his explanation to me of what to expect. My follow up for dressing change with Dr. McBride was wonderful. His kindness and calming personality made me feel very comforted. His post-op instructions were very informative as well and helped me tremendously in how to get myself dressed. These little things mean a lot when you are in this situation. Dr. Goldman and Dr. McBride I thank you from the bottom of my heart! ”

  • “I had a bad tear in my meniscus and in a lot of pain.  Doctor Lombardi. came highly recommended.  I walked out of the Hospital immediately following my surgery and within three weeks I was back to work with no rehab.  Also I hate to admit it but I am a senior person. I would recommend Dr. Lombardi to anyone (and I have).  Thank you Dr. Lombardi!”

  • “I had two rotator cuff surgeries performed in the same year, 2015. The tears and surrounding bone spurs and tendon deterioration were significant. Both surgeries and recoveries went exceptionally well. All the follow-up appointments with Dr. Willis and staff were extremely professional, courteous and competent. Dr. Willis and staff honestly made me feel as though they cared about my situation and my recovery. I would not ever hesitate to recommend Dr. Willis, his staff or Tri-County Orthopedics. Thank you so much!!”

  • “From a simple slip and fall, I did extreme rotator cuff damage, along with a torn bicep and tendon damage. Dr. Willis explained the damage was severe and would hope for the best outcome possible. He not only repaired the damage, but my recovery was incredible. I think he thought so too. I am thrilled with my entire experience at Tri County, Dr. Willis and my anesthesiologist, who I can't remember his name. He went beyond the call of duty when I needed a second nerve blocker but waited a bit late to request it. Thank You!!!”

  • “On a Friday evening I fell down the stairs and hurt my shoulder. The next morning my shoulder was quite painful and obviously needed to be attended to. I was reluctant to go to the emergency room as I was not looking forward to a long wait. My wife checked the internet and we found that Tri-County Orthopedics had a walk in orthopedic clinic. Within 15 minutes of our arrival I was x-rayed and speaking to Dr. Hunt. I can't say enough good things about my experience. The clinic was a Godsend and Dr. Hunt was exceptionally kind, thorough and explained everything clearly. As a result I stayed with him for my whole treatment. What a pleasure not to have to go to the ER and wait for hours only to have to see an orthopedist later. This clinic is great and I tell everyone about it.”

  • “ Dr. Lombardi is wonderful. I trust him and his medical skills implicitly. I had surgery with him on my left knee in December 2013. This past summer I went on a cruise in July and thought I'd reinjured the same knee. I called to make an appointment and was told that I'm no longer a returning patient, I'm a new patient and as such had to wait 5 to 6 weeks for an appointment. While it wasn't an emergency I do feel that was outrageous. I made the appointment. I assumed he would request I have an MRI so I called back the next day to ask for a prescription. That is exactly what he did the last time I had knee problems. And I was told that they can't do that, or he wouldn't do that. I would have to wait 5 to 6 weeks to come in, see the doctor, get a prescription for an MRI and then come see him again. Which of course means I have to pay my co-pay twice. When I expressed concern about making A follow up appointment, I was told, "No problem, returning patients will get a follow up appointment within a week." Well, I AM a returning patient, and I'm also a patient of Dr. Ginsberg's and Dr. Goldberger's. And frankly I resent having to wait so long for an appointment, if I were a new patient. ”

  • “I was initially seen as a walk-in patient by one of the PAs for swollen and painful knees caused by trauma from a fall from a horse the previous week in Wyoming. I was seen quickly, and had an excellent assessment by the provider. An MRI was ordered with follow up by Dr Ginsberg. I was seen several days later with good news that it was an acute bursitis with no tears. I was continued on Mobic to which I responded quickly. I was again very happy with the care I received at TriCounty, having previously seen Dr McBride for a trigger thumb, and Dr Goldberger for a bunionectomy. As a health care provider myself, I really appreciate the well run and organized office where I have rarely waited for my appointment, as well as the excellent providers that make up TriCounty. I have referred many friends and patients to TriCounty, and will continue to do so. ”
