New Joint Replacement Specialist Dr. Brian Perez Joins Tri-County Orthopedics
Fellowship-trained joint replacement specialist Brian A. Perez, M.D., has joined the team of experts at Tri-County Orthopedics, the most preferred, recognized and awarded orthopedic practice in the region. Dr. Perez is now seeing patients at Tri-County Orthopedics’ Cedar Knolls location in The Advanced Medical Center at 197 Ridgedale Ave., Suite 300. Dr. Perez is a New Jersey native and bilingual doctor who speaks English and Spanish fluently. As a fellowship-trained adult reconstructive surgeon, he offers specialized care to help patients regain independence and relieve pain through joint replacements and other reconstructive joint procedures. Dr. Perez has extensive training and expertise in reconstructive hip and knee surgery, including:
- Total hip replacement.
- Total and partial knee replacement.
- Minimally invasive direct anterior hip replacement.

Dr. Perez earned his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Penn Medicine in Philadelphia. After deciding to pursue further advanced specialty training in joint replacement, Dr. Perez completed a fellowship in adult reconstructive surgery at NYU Langone Health in New York, New York.
