  • “I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Epstein for taking exceptional care of me through follow-up during the course of my treatment. I had an ACL injury and underwent ACL reconstruction by Dr. Epstein. He was always available to answer any questions I had. He even made it possible for me to go see him the day before I had surgery. Thanks for all your help. I would definitely recommend Dr. Epstein with any other ortho issues.”

  • “I recently had hand surgery for Dupuytren’s contracture and carpal tunnel syndrome. Dr. McBride is excellent, including his understandable explanations of what has to be done, and how he was going to do it. Also, The Surgical Center personnel are outstanding and very professional. There was no wasted time between the time of my arrival and having the procedure. The post-surgical discomfort and recovery were minimal.”

  • “Waited for a bit with writing a reference, wanted to see how my surgery affected my heel and my running before, and I am back to running with no issues. Cannot say that I thought that the pain would go away and I was nervous getting my heel operated on, but Dr. Epstein did a great job. I am hoping to get a few wins this spring track and field season. Thank you, wouldn't have happened without you!”

  • “I just wanted to express a written thank you for the torn meniscus repair Dr. Willis performed on my knee in November, 2014. I spent a few months trying to nurse my knee back to health through various means before consulting with Dr. Willis. Upon review of my MRI, he said you're not going to be satisfied unless you have this surgery. He was extremely sympathetic with my desire to be able to continue my active lifestyle, including distance running. Unlike other professionals I visited, he treated my desire with respect, and did not dismiss me as a crazy older woman with unrealistic expectations. He explained the condition and treatment on a professional level, which perhaps intimidating to some, impressed me that I was treated as an intelligent person, and serious amateur athlete, despite my age and arthritis in both knees. I truly feel my continued high level of physical activity has contributed to keeping this condition under control and my overall health. I starting running a little 6 weeks after the surgery, and gradually progressed with the assistance of cross-training to be able to run my first half marathon 6 months post-surgery in a respectable 2 hours and 9 minutes, which is only a few minutes slower than my pre-surgery time. In the race I did, I missed being included in the 60 year old age group by only 2 months, but if I were 60 today, I would have placed 2nd in my age group! Again, I am very happy with the treatment I received at Tri-County Orthopedics and by Dr. Willis and staff.”

  • “I am a patient of Dr. Colizza for over 2 months now. This is a very good person, one of the best doctors I have seen in whole my life, and a very great specialist. I really liked the approach of this specialist, the way he speaks with patients, takes his time to explain everything, and the way in which he treats his patients. I recently had a rotator cuff repair done, and I am very happy with Dr. Colizza and his staff. He is that kind of doctor, which I entrust my life. He is a very good specialist, very friendly, and has a good sense of humor. I really recommend him. Again, huge thanks for your help Dr. Wayne Colizza, and the help of your staff. I am a very grateful patient with a family.”

  • “Dr. Ginsberg was wonderful. My story is nothing special. I herniated a disc cutting up branches and was in a lot of pain. Dr. Ginsberg made a fast diagnosis and prescribed some painkillers. They were minimal, as I do not like medication, but will take it only when absolutely necessary, which in the beginning it was and physical therapy. I actually got her name from the physical therapist, who I used before for a shoulder injury. I was careful with my back and went to physical therapy 3 times a week as prescribed.  It took the better part of 3 months, but I am happy to say that my back is pretty good over a year later.  I am careful, always was pretty much, but am able to do heavy lifting and exercise with care, with minimal pain afterwards.  At 57, I am delighted that I healed so well.  I would highly recommend Dr. Ginsberg and the practice in general to family and friends. I was able to get an appointment in a very reasonable amount of time, which was a big plus when you are in pain.”

  • “Two years ago, I had my left hip replaced. We knew at that time, I would need to return to have the right hip replaced. I lead a very active life, exercising, dancing, and body sculpting, six days a week. I am 70 years young. We spend eight months a year out in Las Vegas, where everyone is active. I could have had the replacement on the second hip done out there, but choose to come back here for Dr. Colizza and his team, along with the physical therapy at Pike Physical. I am seven weeks out, and back to mobility, building strength in that leg. I am looking forward to many more years enjoying an active life style thanks to Dr. Colizza and his team. -- Barbara B.”

  • “I broke my ankle on the job, and needless to say, it was very painful. Because of Dr. Goldberger's ability to put me at ease, he reassured me that I would heal and be back to my old self, in time of course. He also explained everything from x-rays to the MRI to physical therapy, and let me know the healing process was proceeding as normal. In my opinion, Dr. Goldberger is truly an exceptional asset to Tri-County Orthopedics. I only wish all of the people in the medical profession I have business with were as outstanding as Dr. Goldberger.”
    – Thomas N.
  • “In 2013, Dr. Goldberger performed surgery to correct an Achilles tendon tear. The surgery, aftercare at his office, and rehab where I reside, were most successful in returning my foot/heel to excellent condition. There were the obvious difficult days of recuperation, but I can walk without problems. The care and attendance of Dr. Goldberger and staff were the best. It was a welcoming atmosphere, and I was never made to wait nervously or with any concerns. All was well. In 2014, Dr. Paul Lombardi performed a total right knee replacement on Tuesday, May 6th. Within a two-month period, I was walking. In fact, I came home on Friday, and was met by our in-house therapist. She had a walker ready, taking me for a jaunt around the main floor with no problem. I am now fully functional, only carrying a cane for reassurance every once in awhile, but basically in great shape. Again, the postoperative office visits were actually enjoyable. I am extremely happy that Tri-County was right-around-the-corner from my new residence when I moved here from Florida in 2012.”
    – Sister Barbara G.
  • “I had Morton's Neuroma in my foot for years. I decided to have it removed and Dr. Goldberger did an amazing job. My recovery was speedy with minimal pain. Now here I am, 11 weeks later, and back at work totally pain free. The scar is bearly noticeable. Thank you, Dr. Goldberger.”
    – Cynthia K.
  • “Left ankle surgery in Dec. Dr. Goldberger and his PA were wonderful and I am very satisfied with the entire experience. Also, I have had terrific experience, on several occasions, with Dr. Lombardi.”
    – Gary V.
  • “I had hip pain for about two years. My activities were limited, and I wasn’t sleeping well at night. I finally got my hip replaced, and I feel like I am 10 years younger. Dr. Goldman told me I would be back on my horse in 6 weeks. I didn't believe him, but it was true. Now, I'm riding and hiking like I was years ago.”
    – Evelyn M.
  • “I heard about Dr. Robert Goldman from one of my wife's customers, that happens to be in her eighties and had both of her shoulders replaced by Dr. Goldman. The results were unbelievable for her and me as well. I went to Dr. Goldman in 2012 about my shoulders. I could hardly raise either arm. After taking x-rays, he told me I would need both shoulders replaced. I scheduled the first one for November 1, 2012 and the other one on November 14, 2013. He was so awesome to work with. The entire staff was so professional and helpful. I was back to driving within ten days, and started rehab right away. In three weeks, I was back to work with no pain! Can't remember how long I suffered before with tremendous pain. I'm able to enjoy a new lifestyle because of the awesome doctor and staff!! Thank you!”
    – John H.
  • “I had my hip replaced by Dr. Goldman on July 30th. I restarted playing racquetball seven weeks later. Within three months, my game was better than before. I'm 69 years old. I had my right, playing shoulder done two years earlier by Dr. Montgomery. I was very much surprised and thankful for such a quick and great recovery.”
    – Leon S.
  • “I recently had anterior approach hip replacement surgery and have only positive comments. Since this was the first time I had surgery, I was, of course, very apprehensive. Starting with my first appointment with Dr. Paul Lombardi, I immediately felt much calmer about the surgery. Dr. Lombardi spent time with me explaining the surgery and answering all my questions. From that point on, everything went smoothly, from the scheduling of the surgery with Jeannette (she is awesome), to my two follow-up appointments after surgery. Oliver Garcia is Dr. Lombardi's PA, and he is a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and patient. All my dealings with the Tri County staff have been great...everyone was responsive, customer focused and professional. I never had to wait longer than 15 minutes in the waiting area. In terms of the actual surgery, the anterior approach is the way to go. I was walking with a walker a few hours after surgery and went home the next day using a cane. I was able to walk without a cane in less than a week. The pain from the surgery was minimal and very bearable. It has now been six weeks since the surgery and I am almost !00%. I highly recommend Dr. Lombardi and Tri County Orthopedics.”

  • “I was operated on today, 8/11/15, and was out of surgery around 3ish in the afternoon. I walked the hall at around 10 this evening with the walker. Honestly, I probably could have walked without it, but I was afraid to try since I was on meds. Let me tell everyone out there that this doctor and his team are Heaven sent! No lie. I'm 59 and in pretty good shape. The only other surgery I had was for a deviated septum years ago, so needless to say, I was scared out of my mind. I was apprehensive the whole nine yards. I mean, this is major surgery. Until now, I know I need to recover slowly do things, build up my strength, etc. Now I have my confidence back and feel much younger inside. I hope and continue to pray to the Lord for a speedy recovery, as I know he worked through the doctors hands. I have a wonderful wife and 4 beautiful adult children who are also in my corner. Please don't be afraid and don't deal with the pain, as it's not worth it. We were all born in a fantastic time medically in history. So, take advantage of the medical marvels around you. I will never be afraid again of any procedure. Of course, I hope to never have to have one, but if I did, I would go for it.”

  • “Thank you to all for your response in my time of need. It felt like you all went out of your way to see me quickly. Dr. D'Agostini added me to an already long day for him to accomplish surgery on my ankle. It is all greatly appreciated and I couldn't be happier. Now, if I could just learn how to walk down steps without tripping!”

  • “From start to finish, I could not ask for a better result. Dr. Epstein's bedside manner was wonderful and the results of my rotator cuff surgery far exceeded my expectations. I am a 48 year old Certified Public Accountant. I am still very active and enjoy many different sports with friends and family. I am also a wrestling coach for our town's youth program. I had injured my right shoulder a few times over the last couple of years playing basketball. Each time my shoulder would heal somewhat, but it was always slightly worse than before. In January of this year, I had a full thickness tear of the rotator cuff during a wrestling practice. Dr. Epstein recommended surgery after reviewing the MRI. On February 19th, 2015, he anchored the torn muscles/tendons to the bone, removed a bone spur, and removed some arthritis. Many people I knew who had the surgery told me it would be a very difficult recovery, including Dr. Epstein, but Dr. Epstein told me that the rehab is a very important part of the recovery. I followed the instructions he gave me. I wore the sling and constantly iced the shoulder day and night. When he gave me the go ahead to start rehab, I worked hard in physical therapy and at home. I always pushed myself, but always under the direction of the physical therapist. It is now less than 5 months since my operation and I have been playing golf, shooting baskets, and having baseball catches with my 11 year old son. I even played tennis a few times last week. Thank you, Dr. Epstein and Tri County Orthopedics!”

  • “I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Epstein for repairing my ruptured bicep. Dr. Epstein and his staff were fantastic throughout all stages of my bicep repair (pre-op, surgery and post-op).  Being an avid golfer and realizing it would take 3 months for my bicep to fully heal and that I probably wouldn't be able to play golf until the summertime, it was a very tough pill to swallow. I'm elated to say that my arm strength and flexibility was good enough for me to be playing golf 6 weeks after my surgery! Thanks again Dr. Epstein!”

  • “What a godsend to our family. Our daughter had been experiencing right leg pain for about two years.  Erin would complain about this pain each time she had her physical examination but was always diagnosed as shin splints.   The pain would increase while she was participating in basketball and track and field.  She developed a raised area over her right shin which caused more concern.  X-rays revealed nothing.  They were always read as normal.  Initial requests for a MRI were deemed unnecessary and denied.  Our school made available to any family the use of a Sports Medicine Physician for Pope John sport physicals.  We decided to give this a try.  As usual, during her physical Erin voiced her concern about this constant right leg pain and the visible lump over her right shin.  The difference this year, Dr. Padavan (Sports Medicine) listened.  He went through a thorough sports history, when and where the pain occurs, all of her activities, and review of her footwear.  I, as the parent, was tired of having my child complain of pain when my husband and I know she is not a complainer.  Dr. Padavan asked to review the previous x-rays and his staff worked on obtaining authorization for a MRI.  He was able to get the authorization for a MRI (Hallelujah).  When the MRI was completed we were called in to his office to review the results.  At that time, another x-ray was obtained directly in his office.   As soon as Dr. Padavan put the MRI and the x-ray from his office on the screen, I could see the tibia fracture immediately!  It was that clear.  This was the source of her right leg pain all this time.  We were referred immediately to Dr. Epstein to discuss all options. From the first meeting, our family loved Dr. Epstein.  We had to wait in the waiting room for what seemed a long time, but once we were with Dr. Epstein, it was worth the wait.  What I liked the most, Erin was included in all discussions (since she had to be the one to make the final decision about surgery).  I appreciated all the options and detail that he provided in regards to surgery and the option of no surgical intervention.  He has a very calm approach.  Erin instantly trusted him.  She decided to proceed with surgery. The whole process was so smooth.  From the scheduling, to check in, to the anesthesia consultation, to Dr. Epstein reviewing with us, at the bedside, the upcoming procedure, to recovery, and  discharge. At each follow-up visit, Dr. Epstein reviewed the x-ray of the day and what to expect.  Our family felt that we were given his full attention each time we went in for a follow-up visit.  Erin was finally discharged from follow-up in March.  She was able to return to sports (the first up was track and field).  She has been pain-free!  She feels liberated.  She is looking forward to her sports filled senior year in High School. Thank you Dr. Epstein.  You are the best.  I will recommend you to everyone.”

  • “I met Dr. Epstein two years ago when I was experiencing pain in my right foot. After recovering from a partially torn right achilles, I still had lagging pain in my foot an lower ankle. As an athlete, I wanted desperately to get back on the field. Dr. Epstein reviewed my history and diagnosed me with accessory navicular syndrome and post-tibial tendinosis. In the initial visit, he spent a lot of time examining me, asking questions about my active lifestyle,  and really getting to the source of the problem. Dr. Epstein began treating me through an aggressive rehab approach while trying to avoid an operative approach so I could continue playing. After several months of rehab and two cortisone shots, I ultimately needed surgery to remove the accessory navicular bone and to repair the tendon. When it was time for surgery, Dr. Epstein patiently explained what was going to happen before, during, and after surgery, which allowed me to feel comfortable going into surgery and the rehab process. As a teenager nervous for surgery, he made the experience so easy and comforted me throughout the entire process. His bedside manner and his ability to listen to your concerns and your desired outcomes makes him an exceptional doctor. Now nine months after surgery, I am feeling better than I was prior to surgery, and am currently living an active lifestyle and training for a half marathon. This would not have been possible without the care of Dr. Epstein. Plus, my scar looks great too!”

  • “I suffered from nasty pain in my left knee, which grew worse over the years. One doctor treated it with topical ointment. The next doctor performed arthroscopic surgery. Neither did any good, and my pain and disability grew. Last fall, on the recommendation of a friend, I made an appointment to see Dr. Stephen Hunt. He tested the range of motion and strength of my knees and x-rayed them. He showed me that the left knee was actually in better condition than the right one, leading him to believe that the problem stemmed from my left hip. I argued that it was my knee that hurt, not the hip. He said that pain follows different routes, and proceeded to x-ray both hips. There it was, clear even to me ,that he was correct. He was the only physician I went to who had the intellect, training, and experience to find the real source of my knee problem. Dr. Hunt surgically inserted my new hip. In January, the knee pain was gone, and I am grateful to have my life returned to me by this fine physician.”
